早めにチェックインすることは可能ですか？ Is it possible to check-in early?

お部屋の空き状況によっては、通常チェックイン時間までお部屋にご案内できない場合がございます。その際はお荷物を受付にてお預かりいたします。 It is subject to availability. Depending on whether or not the requested room was occupied the night before, housekeeping may not be done until regular check-in time.In that case,we can keep your luggage in our storage.

チェックアウトの時間は何時ですか？ When is check-out time?

午前10時までとなります。 Check-out time at 10AM.

チェックイン時間前に荷物を預かってもらえますか？ Can I leave my luggage in the hotel before my check-in?

チェックアウト後、荷物を預かってもらえますか？ Can I leave luggage in the hotel after my check-out?

はい、午後10時までお預かりすることは可能です。 Yes, we can keep your luggage in our storage until 10PM(22:00).

どのくらい前から予約できますか？ How far in advance can I make a reservation?

チェックイン日の3ヵ月前から予約を受け付けております。 Reservations can be made 3month prior to your arrival date.

インターネット接続はできますか？ Is there any internet connection in the hotel?

Wi-fiを使ったインターネット接続サービスを無料でご利用いただけます。 We offer a free Wi-fi connection available in each room.

チェックイン日前に荷物や小包をホテルに送ってもいいですか？ Can I send my package to the hotel before my arrival date?

はい、お預かりいたします。その際は、必ずご予約のお名前とチェックインのお日にちを伝票にご記入ください。 Yes, you can. Please write your reservation name and check-in date on the delivery slip. Please note that we can not accept consignee-bulling or cash on delivery package/bags.
